Ovarian Cysts and Castor Oil

Category: Castor Oil Exposť

This seems to be a growing subject among women. I am asked about cysts all too often. So, lets' look at some effective yet simple solutions.

It is a known and much used protocol to use Castor Oil Packs to dissolve cysts in the body. Actually, it is also an excellent choice for recovering from a ruptured ovarian cyst.

Castor oil is the unsaturated fatty acid that has been used to dissolve ovarian cysts, and others, for a very long time, however, do not use a castor oil pack during pregnancy or menstruation. There have been several important scientific papers written about ricinoleic acid, the active ingredient in castor oil, and we continue to identify therapeutic applications using it.

The important point to note, when using castor oil packs on the torso, is to apply it for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs, 3 to 4 days in a row, and leave an equal number of days (3 or 4) of pause or no treatment before repeating the use of the castor oil pack. This pause is critical for your body to react to the castor oil and allow its effect on your lymph system to take place (proper movement and draining of lymph fluids).

So, we have a simple solution that really works on many levels to bring us to better health - from the OutsideIN!
