Facial care never tasted so good!!

No Blemish Mask

10 g / 1 tsp ground almonds*
50 g / 2 Tbsp rice powder (can be made in a blender)
50 g / 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
pinch of fresh orange zest (organic where available)

Make a fine powder of all these ingredients using a blender. Add filtered water to this powder to make a paste and apply to your face - avoiding eye area. Gently massage the skin in circular motions for 5 minutes, allow it to dry. Rinse well with clear warm water.

*Brown (raw) organic almonds can be blanched by adding them to a pot of boiling water and simmering for 2 minutes. Remove from water and cool enough to handle; using a tea towel or paper towel, gently squeeze/remove brown papery covering from almond. Cool completely before grinding them (whirl in food processor but be careful to not make "almond butter"!)
