Cellulite Be Gone!

Category: Recipes
Posted: 2010-03-19 16:45

Castor oil is known to stimulate lymphatic drainage. This allows for the evacuation of cellulite once broken down, also by the castor oil! Pretty interesting!

Massaging areas with cellulite with castor oil and some specific essential oils make quick work of reducing cellulite deposits.

Cellulite Rub

120 ml (4 oz) certified organic castor oil
such as Palma Christi Gold*

40 drops grapefruit essential oil
30 drops lemon essential oil
30 drops ceder essential oil
25 drops lavender essential oil

Blend these together, preferable in a glass bottle, and use as needed.

For larger/deeper accumulations of cellulite it would be effective to first apply castor oil packs to the area for several days or weeks (depending on the size of the cellulite accumulation).

*Palma Christi Gold is an NOP/OCQV certified organic cold pressed therapeutic grade castor oil. It has a very light texture and will penetrate completely and quickly, leaving no gummy residue.
