Rhassoul Face Mask #2

For normal skin
Into 3 oz warm water add 1 drop of each: lavender, juniper, rose, geranium and chamomile.

For sensitive skin
Into 3 oz aloe vera gel mix 1 drops of rose, neroli, chamomile blue or Roman.

Then gently add in enough Ghassoul until there is no more water floating on the surface. Let sit 2-3 minutes and apply to skin. After 10 minutes rinse with warm water. You can store any remaining "mask" in a closed container at room temperature for up to 5 days, then discard any unsused "mask".

Wrinkled or sun damaged skin benefits from adding yogurt, mashed banana or avocado to any of the recipes above.

Do not go overboard on essential oils because they are concentrated, but try mixing a few of them together.

An oatmeal mask supplies more vitamin E than any other facial!

Oatmeal makes a good moisturizing pack. Oatmeal is very close to the earth because it is made from one of our basic food ingredients-oats. Besides being a staple food, oatmeal has marvelous properties as a facial beauty treatment. It is rich in vitamin E and reputed to have anti-aging properties.

The main purpose of these masks is to moisturize and nourish the skin. Almost the direct opposite of cleansing masks, these masks never dry completely on the skin. They are rich, soft and creamy and are meant to saturate your skin with moisture. These masks can safely be used twice a week and are particularly useful for mature, dry or mature skin. They give a refreshing and luxurious feeling.
