Pink Grapefruit (Citrus Paradisi)

Grapefruit essential oil is used internally for digestive complaints, it stimulates the gallbladder, and is a liver tonic. Grapefruit essential oil is useful for those with anorexia and bulimia as it can help regulate body weight when a few drop are taken internally, daily.

Grapefruit essential oil is also beneficial for cases of athlete's foot, acne, oily skin, it tones congested skin, and aids in hair growth.

Ladies! Rub some grapefruit essential oil with castor oil in your hands to blend and warm it up then massage locally to reduces cellulite. This is an age old way to reduce cellulite as castor oil works with the lymphatic drainage in your body.

Grapefruit essential oil is a great airborne disinfectant when diffused.

For local and topical applications there are great benefits for blending grapefruit essential oil with castor oil to ease muscle fatigue and stiffness, increase circulation, and stimulate your lymphatic system.

Last but not least, grapefruit essential oil can increases urine flow and eases water retention.

Radiant Skin!

Here's an FYI bulletin!

Gently exfoliating your skin on a regular basis is a key component to having radiant skin.

Doing so rids your skin of dead cells which can make you skin appear dull. This is a somewhat obvious and logical effect.

But, even better, you will be stimulating collagen production in the dermis!

I like to mask with Ghassoul. It is completely natural, no other ingredients to worry about, and it is extremely gentle.

I've written quite a bit about Ghassoul previously. You can type the word in the search window (look to the right side of this page) to find out more or read about it quickly here.

I love an easy and effective solution, don't you?!!
